Sorry but i had to point this out bcos Sanskrit is a language based on perfect pronunciation.The correct verse is
Bhagavad Gita Chapter 4 Verse 7
yadā yadā hi dharmasya
glānir bhavati bhārata
abhyutthānam adharmasya
tadātmānaḿ sṛjāmy aham.
You are missing out on a lot of letters. I am sure you know any change in one syllable alters the meaning of the entire word in sanskrit.The correct and literal translation:

Dear Aditya,
I really admired your selection of inspirational people. I have a difficulties in that list with Manmohan singh, and I would consider him corrupt too. Why? All happened under his stewardship, if he could not have fired or stop this rotten system then he should have resigned. He never did and still working with them.
